Mentorship Attendance & No-Show Policy:

• Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours prior written notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled live session. Failure to do so will result in the immediate forfeiture of that session.
• Punctuality & No-Show: A maximum grace period of 15 minutes will be granted for live sessions.
